This program will provide participants with hands-on experience in all aspects of restaurant management, including food safety, customer service, inventory and people management.

Principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Proactively approach the customers and restaurant team to offer assistance.
- Confidently handle guest concerns / queries and update the line manager accordingly.
- Proactively assist the restaurant management team regarding day-to-day operations, food safety, inventory and people management.
- Assist in ensuring restaurant operations to create a feel-good moment for guests.
- Assist to executes a restaurant KPIs, based on a people and customer commitment, to increase loyalty and satisfaction.
- Assist the Production team to serve /deliver the food as per QSC standards.
- Prioritize and organize training and development of himself and other staff.
- Assist the restaurant manager in training staff in all relevant personnel policies and ensure safety and security procedures.
- Properly executes, enforces and manages all food safety and sanitation practices.
- Assist in ensuring all security procedures are executed (cash deposits, staggered method of open/close etc.) when handling deposits and the contents of the safe.
- Responsible for maintaining the records of all assigned tasks as per procedures.
Required Qualification: Graduation in any discipline
Required Experience: Fresh / Up to 2 years of experience, preferably from QSR, retail and hospitality industry.
Hospitality-minded fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
