- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Coordinate with IT service providers for performing their role and support restaurant operations.
- Management, configuration and troubleshooting of local area network and WLAN network.
- Responsible for Complete Software and hardware installation, management, and troubleshooting.
- Responsible for various IT projects execution in McDonalds Restaurants.
- Good knowledge of DELL Powe Edge Server.
- Installation and Configuration of Window Server 2016.
- Proficient in Microsoft SCCM patch management & Endpoint protection.
- Knowledge of Cisco 900 routers.
- Travel to different locations in Pakistan for carrying of IT related responsibilities.
