- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Coordinate with IT service providers for performing their role and support restaurant operations
- Take responsibilities of various IT projects execution in McDonalds Restaurant throughout Pakistan
- In Depth Knowledge of DELL Powe Edge Server.
- Installation and Configuration of Window Server 2016.
- Knowledge of Cisco 900 routers.
- Travel to different locations in Pakistan for carrying of IT related responsibilities.
- BS (Computer Science)
- Up to 2 years of experience.
- Additional certification in networking will be preferred:
- CCNA/CCNP
- MCSE
