- Manage day-to-day operations for digital channels, and other internal channels, ensuring accuracy in digital merchandising and campaign execution.
- Coordinate with brand teams, agencies, and partners to deploy branded content and assets across all digital channels.
- Coordinate with partners on the Complaint Management System, track incoming issues, and liaise with relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
- Process marketing POs and invoices, ensuring smooth financial reconciliation.
- Collaborate with CRM team and assist them accordingly.
- Monitor visibility and quality of promotional assets on both owned and partner platforms.
- Support PR activities by coordinating digital content updates and distribution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve digital issues through cross-functional collaboration.
- Act as a bridge between digital, customer service, and operations teams to drive consistency and satisfaction.
