Job Profile:

  • Supervising and maintaining the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.
  • Assist in budget preparation and expense monitoring, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Conduct research and provide administrative support to various projects, as assigned.
  • Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed.
  • Managing calendar as well as associated operations. Other tasks such as booking conference halls as well as audiovisual equipment, preparing documentation, etc.
  • Addressing administrative issues and solving problems as they arise.
  • Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to always ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies.
  • Ensuring the safety and security of office belongings.
