Job Profile:
- Under indirect supervision, responsible for the development, maintenance, and enforcement of FSQMS procedures
- Supplier Quality Management with a continuous improvement focus
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality standards are integrated into the product lifecycle
- Through effective culture building, manage and elevate FS and food quality standards in restaurants
- Overseeing the planning and execution of audits, inspections, and tests to evaluate product quality
- Acts as a liaison with regulatory authorities on behalf of the company
- Establish and maintain strong communication channels with other departments to ensure quality expectations are consistently met
- Knowledge of product safety principles, including HACCP, to monitor supplier food safety and good manufacturing practices
- Document control, trend, and data analysis for proactive management
- Represent the organization in various public forums from an FSMS standpoint
- Initiate and execute food safety workshops for internal and external stakeholders

Job Specification:

Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Certified Food Safety Manager (CFSM) or Certified HACCP Auditor or ISO 22000 are preferred.
