Job Profile:

  • Under indirect supervision, responsible for the development, maintenance, and enforcement of FSQMS procedures
  • Supplier Quality Management with a continuous improvement focus
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality standards are integrated into the product lifecycle
  • Through effective culture building, manage and elevate FS and food quality standards in restaurants
  • Overseeing the planning and execution of audits, inspections, and tests to evaluate product quality
  • Acts as a liaison with regulatory authorities on behalf of the company
  • Establish and maintain strong communication channels with other departments to ensure quality expectations are consistently met
  • Knowledge of product safety principles, including HACCP, to monitor supplier food safety and good manufacturing practices
  • Document control, trend, and data analysis for proactive management
  • Represent the organization in various public forums from an FSMS standpoint
  • Initiate and execute food safety workshops for internal and external stakeholders

Job Specification:

Qualification: Master’s in Food Science, Food Safety or related field or any equivalent degree

Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Certified Food Safety Manager (CFSM) or Certified HACCP Auditor or ISO 22000 are preferred.
