Principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Proactively approach the customers and restaurant team to offer assistance.
- Confidently handle guest concerns/queries and update the line manager accordingly.
- Proactively assist the restaurant management team regarding inventory, scheduling people, and customers.
- Assist guests & create feel-good moments for them.
- Assist to executes restaurant KPIs, based on people and customer commitment, to increase loyalty, satisfaction, and pride in the McDonald’s experience.
- Assist the production team to serve /delivering the food as per QSC standards.
- Knows, enforces, and trains the restaurant staff on all appropriate personnel policies, and ensures security and safety procedures.
- Manages the training and development of crew and shift management employees.
- Properly executes, enforces, and manages all food safety and sanitation requirements and practices.
- Ensures all security procedures are executed (cash deposits, staggered method of open/close, etc.)
- Uses proper security and verification procedures when handling deposits and the contents of the safe.
- Maintain records for safety and appropriately document contributions and performance in a personnel file.
Required Qualification: Graduation in any discipline
Required Experience: Up to 2 years of experience, preferably from the upscale food chain, retail, and hospitality industry. Hospitality-minded fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Agile to learn & perform Restaurant Operations.
- Must be passionate about the learning & development of him /herself and the restaurant team.
- Able to work on flexible schedules & even on a Gazetted holiday.
- Must be customer-obsessed and eager to resolve customer complaints.
- Computer literacy is a must and should be agile and enthusiastic about learning restaurant operations.
