This program will provide you the hands-on experience in all aspects of restaurant management, including food safety, hospitality & customer service, and people management. The principal accountabilities of trainee manager include, but are not limited to:

  • Proactively approach the customers and restaurant team to offer assistance.
  • Confidently handle guest concerns/queries and update the line manager accordingly.
  • Proactively assist the restaurant management team regarding inventory, scheduling people, and customers.
  • Assist in executing restaurant KPIs, based on people and customer commitment, to increase loyalty, satisfaction, and pride with the McDonald’s experience.
  • Assist the production team in serving/delivering the food as per QSC standards.
  • Knows, enforces, and trains the restaurant staff on all appropriate personnel policies, and ensures security and safety procedures.
  • Manages the training and development of crew and shift management employees.
  • Properly executes, enforces, and manages all food safety and sanitation requirements and practices.
  • Ensures all security procedures are executed as per defined procedure (cash deposits, staggered method of open/close, etc.)
  • Use proper security and verification procedures when handling deposits and the contents of the safe.
  • Maintain records for safety and appropriately document contributions and performance in personnel files.

  • The program is open to fresh graduates from all academic backgrounds, but preference will be given to business administration and hospitality management graduates.
  • Up to 2 years of experience, preferably in the upscale food chain, retail, and hospitality industry. Hospitality-minded fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • The program will last for 24 months but it lead to a permanent position with a well-defined career path.
