  • Roaster update of M&R team.
  • Preparing of Payment ERP.
  • Payment follow-up from accounts and finance.
  • Update/Record M&R list south region.
  • Implement training calendars as written in PM Calendar.
  • Work closely with M&R team for complains resolution.
  • Ensuring timely completion of tasks with vendors.
  • Supervise installation of equipment in existing and new stores.
  • Weekly store visits and meet-up with stores manager regarding M&R and equipment issues.
  • Monthly meeting with vendors related to equipment issues.
  • Meetup with OC/OM's and discuss M&R list.
  • Monthly meeting with PM Team and make updates of highlighted issues.
  • Strongly follow-up with PM team, Vendor's and third party for the align tasks.

Professional Experience:

3-5 years (From QSR industry)

  • Proficiency in using ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance and repair processes, especially in the context of equipment used in stores.
  • Ability to supervise the installation and maintenance of equipment.
  • Ability to analyze issues highlighted in meetings and update maintenance records accordingly.
  • Willingness to conduct weekly store visits and meet-ups for firsthand assessment of M&R issues.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • People and teamworking skills.
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Good organizational ability and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and in database software.
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques.
